No contracts. We earn your business every week. We bill a month behind — only for service that was actually completed. If you ever want to stop, just let us know.

Yes. We service salt chlorinator pools across all the major brands — Hayward, Pentair, Jandy. Salt pools still require full chemistry management (pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid) and regular cell inspection. We handle all of it.

Light rain — we service normally. Moderate rain — we handle chemicals and basket cleaning but skip vacuuming since the pool will re-settle. Heavy rain or lightning — we reschedule and don't put our tech out in unsafe conditions. Either way, you always know what happened because we send a report after every visit.

We send a digital service report after every single visit — chemical readings, what was added, what was cleaned, and any equipment notes. You get a text when we're on the way and a report when we're done. No guessing, no "did they show up?"

Yes — fully licensed and insured in California. We're also NPC (National Plasterers Council) certified for pool startups, which requires demonstrated knowledge of water chemistry and plaster protection standards.
