Weekly pool service & repair for Riverside, Corona, Norco,
Eastvale & Jurupa Valley — the Inland Empire's trusted pool pros.
Hey — thanks for taking the time to talk with me. I know you have options, and I don't take that lightly.
I started No Excuses because I was frustrated with what I saw happening in the pool industry out here. Homeowners were getting inconsistent service, dealing with a different tech every week, and never knowing if anything was actually done — or if their water was even safe to swim in. That's a problem I knew how to fix.
When I show up at your pool, I'm not rushing to the next stop. I check every chemical level, I document everything with photos, and I send you a digital report the same day so you can see exactly what was done. You'll never have to guess.
No contracts means I have to earn your business every single visit. That's the way it should be. If something's wrong with your equipment, I'll tell you straight — what it is, what it costs, and whether you actually need to fix it right now.
This packet covers everything: your weekly service quote, how our reporting works, service terms, and the add-ons most customers end up loving. Read through it, and if you have any questions, call or text me directly.
My promise: Same tech (me), same day of the week, same thoroughness — every single visit. If your pool isn't right, I'll be back out at no charge until it is.
We use SpinTouch software to document every single visit — chemical readings, tasks completed, photos, and notes. You get a text with a link to your report the same day we're there. No guessing, no "trust me" — you can actually see what was done.
Chemical readings, tasks completed, and photos — all documented in SpinTouch and sent to your phone the same day.
You get Ceegan — every visit. No rotating crews, no strangers in your backyard. You'll know exactly who to expect.
You get a heads-up text before every visit so you're never caught off guard. No surprise strangers, no mystery visits.
If something needs attention, you'll hear about it with a straight explanation of what it is and whether it's urgent.
Call or text Ceegan directly with questions. No call centers, no ticket systems — a real person who knows your pool.
Equipment photos, water clarity before and after — all attached to your report so you have a record over time.
Your pool is assigned a set day of the week. Same day, every week — you'll always know when to expect us. Day changes for holidays are communicated at least a week in advance.
Service runs month-to-month. Cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no hard feelings — we'd rather earn your loyalty every single month.
Billed monthly, in advance, on a set date. AutoPay via credit card, debit, ACH, or Zelle makes it seamless. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Overdue accounts may be paused.
Please ensure gate access is available on your service day. If we arrive and can't get in, the visit may be skipped for that week. Dogs should be secured on service days for everyone's safety.
Standard chemicals (chlorine, pH+/−, alkalinity, stabilizer) are included. Specialty treatments — algaecide shock, phosphate remover, scale inhibitor, clarifier — are priced at cost + a small service charge.
Repairs are always quoted before work begins — no surprises. You approve it; we do it. Minor adjustments (backwash, clearing a clogged basket) are done as part of weekly service at no extra charge.
We service in most weather. After heavy rain we may adjust chemistry and check for debris at no extra charge. Extreme weather events may cause a brief delay — we'll communicate promptly.
You receive a digital service report via text the same day as each visit, including chemical levels, tasks completed, and photos. Reports are stored — you can pull up any past visit anytime.
Rate Adjustments: Monthly rate is locked for the first 12 months. After that, any rate change requires 30 days' written notice.
Green Pool / Remediation: If a pool is taken on in green or extremely neglected condition, a one-time clean-up fee may apply before regular weekly service begins. This will always be quoted upfront.
Chemicals Not Covered: Salt (for salt chlorine generators), algaecides, enzyme treatments, phosphate removers, and muriatic acid for tile cleaning are billed separately at cost.
Liability: No Excuses Pool Service & Repair LLC is not liable for pre-existing equipment conditions, acts of nature, or damage caused by foreign objects or unauthorized use of the pool between service visits.
Most customers add at least one of these over their first year. They're either maintenance items that extend equipment life or one-time upgrades that make a real visible difference. All are done by Ceegan — no subcontractors.
Most pool equipment pads look like a mess of faded, chalky equipment with no labels — nobody knows what valve does what. This upgrade makes your equipment pad look professional, last longer, and actually make sense to anyone who looks at it.
AutoPay is optional but highly recommended. It means your bill is handled automatically on the same date every month — no invoices to chase, no late fees to worry about, no interruptions to your service. Takes about 2 minutes to set up.
After your first service visit, you'll receive an invoice via email or text with your monthly rate and a payment link. The email will come from No Excuses Pool Service.
On the invoice, tap the AutoPay option. Enter your preferred payment method — credit card, debit card, or bank account (ACH). Your information is encrypted and stored securely.
Your bill processes automatically on the same date each month. You'll receive a receipt via email. If anything changes with your rate, you'll receive 30 days' advance notice before any adjustment hits AutoPay.
No problem at all. Zelle is the easiest — send to (951) 318-9187 or ceeganmoney@gmail.com each month. You can also pay via check, Venmo, or card on file. Whatever works best for you.
